Running toilet - DAL 20.03.44 Flush Valve

Hi all,

I have a toilet with a DAL 20.03.44 >ABS< flush component. I’ve already cleaned the cistern and the component/seal, but the problem is not solved.

• The cistern fills fine about 3 cm, then the water starts running into the pan.
• The bottom seal looks clean, and I’ve checked the base of the cistern for debris/limescale.
• Now when I press the flush actuator, the flush valve column no longer lifts and drops properly.

Has anyone come across this before? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Photos are attached.

The bottom seal connector needs to click into place or the overflowing will continue
