Your use of suck makes me think you are confused as to how the switch is operated. It is mechanical switch which is closed by a cam on the motor shaft. When power is applied to the brown wire from the thermostat, the motor runs, turning the shaft and the cam on the shaft closes the switch, connecting terminal C to terminal 1. It does not matter which wire is connected to which terminal - the important thing is to use the C and 1 terminals.
