A wire has fallen out of a terminal in a wiring centre I’m working on and I’m don’t know where it belongs. It is the ‘Switch Live’ leading to boiler. I was replacing the mid position valve so suspect it may share a terminal with a valve wire, can’t be certain. Diverter valve = Honeywell V4073, Programmer = ACL Lifestyle, pressurised system, Halstead boiler.

Wiring centre terminals:
1 Live supply, permanent live to boiler, live to programmer.
2 Neutral supply, neutral to programmer, room stat, pump, div. valve.
3 Earth supply, earth to div valve.
4 Room stat L, programmer 4 (CH).
5 Room stat 3, div valve white.
6 Cylinder stat C, programmer 3 (HW).
7 Cylinder stat 1, div valve orange.
8 Cylinder stat 2, programmer 1 (HW), div valve grey.

Any clues very welcome. Cheers.

No. The pump live is clearly marked on boiler and that goes direct to pump via a JB, not through wiring centre.

Error in original post. Sorry.

Terminal 2 Neutral supply, neutral to programmer, room stat, pump, div. valve.

should read:

Terminal 2 Neutral supply, neutral to programmer, room stat, BOILER, div. valve.

how many wires are attatched to the orange from the valve?...should be pump and boiler.

The switched live also goes to that terminal in the wiring centre, 7 in your case.
