HI I HAVE NO POWER TO MY BOILER HAVE CHANGED FUSES
BUT NO JOY COULD IT NEED A NEW PCB

Well it could be a bad case of depression, it depends how and where you measure things...

You need to measure the voltage at the imput to the PCB.

If thats present then it could well be the PCB failed.
