safe distance between Master telephone and a 2gang socket

1.Is there a safe distance i have to keep the master telephone socket away froma a 2 gang electrical socket to avoid any intereference.?

2. Do i have to plug in adsl microfilters at every telphhone socket point or just where a telephone socket is plugged into?
