located on floor in airing cupboard at base of hw cylinder.
cold and hot water in and out are DEFINATELY CONNECTED to the designated hot and cold water ports on the pump
connected to hw cylinder with surrey flange. hot water cylinder has a separate 50 gallon tank at same height as cw tank in loft.
hw supply 22mm for approx 700mm reduced to 15mm for last 500 mm
3 metres head of cold water from 50 gallon tank in loft space. supply run on 22mm.
no valves to restrict cw and hw feeds
from pump to shower valve both cw and hw feeds run in 15mm. both fitted with standard 15mm ballfix valves just behind the shower valve in compliance with recommendations for servicing.
All pipework flushed before connecting the pump.
When shower valve opened... pump starts to run. When shower valve is closed pump is still running?
Is the pump faulty???
Or is the head of water causing it not to switch off when the shower valve is closed?
