hi just had this room stat fitted
we are working it from the timer on the boiler
so to come on in diffent times of the day
we have noticed that when the boiler
shuts off the the call for heat sign is still on the stat
is this correct you help please tks

Nothing to worry about.
The timer on the boiler governs your heating requirements.
So for example timer goes off at 8am, even if the stat is showing the flame symbol, the boiler will not light.
All this means is that the stat has not reached the desiganted setpoint temperature, before the timer has shut off.
