Salus to nest wiring help

Hi i currently have a salus rt500rf receiver and i am looking to swap it out for a Nest just wondering if someone can tell me based on the image provided where the wires from my current set-up would transfer over to on the nest.

...and earth to earth on Nest heatlink, if you intend to connect the thermostat
to the 12V supply.
