Any body got any idea of the problem and/or solution?

Our FF reaches the required temperature of -18 degrees, but then fails to maintain this.

I have had to switch it off then on to start the motor to continue freezing

Help I really don't want to have to buy anew one

Cheers foxhole, had ours for about 4 years now, first trouble we've had.
