I have the above Samsung ceramic hob.
The problem is that the back right element is not working.
Also, all the other three elements power up and heat fine, the hob however switches itself off after 10 seconds and i need to power it off from the wall and on in order to re-set it.

Do you think that it's the element that shorts and if i replace it it will fix the overall issue? Could it be anything else?
If I unplug the faulty element, would the hob work with only three of them?

Finally, is it worth paying £100 to get it fixed as it will cost me the element plus my time fixing it? What would you suggest?

Thanks
