Samsung RFG23UERS Pantry drawer

Hi,

I have one of these fridges and the "pantry" drawer at the bottom here is stuck closed, I suspects come off it's rails but I cannot seem to get it to open no matter how much I "twiddle" it about

Any ideas?

My only thought is to take out that central pier and somehow lift the lid up so that I can get to the back of the drawer but can't see how to go it.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
