Samsung S3 mini useing Samsung Allshare

I have Samsung S3 mini, it had network sensitivity problems (see other post) & was returned to Samsung, they reported NFF but installed latest software, strange the phone now works so there was an issue.
Before it went away I could use the allshare play to my Samsung smart TV (The app was pre installed on the S3). When I go to Google play store now on my PC it says the Samsung Link (Allshare) is not compatible on my device, if I search playstore on my phone it will not find it.
Is there an issue with the Allshare? anyone else with problems?

No.
I have another app that does similar, its just, why no Samsung, I have posted on a Samsung site, but no replies as yet

I just wondered maybe if an OS update had killed it.

Samsung website has been very good for me, advice wise.

They even rang me one day with a fix for a problem I had.
