Samsung UE46ES55OOK Keeps find USB Device

As the title, I will be watching the TV & up pops a message 'new device found' & it asks what I want to view.
Hit back on the remote & it goes, it may not appear for another few days or it may reappear in an hour or so.
I have tried unplugging the TV, unplugging USB.
Brilliant TV but so annoying, any tips / ideas.

I have another Samsung smart TV & don't get this problem

any tips / ideas.

Return it to the supplier while it's still under warranty. If you have no USB device connected then obviously it shouldn't be detecting anything.
