hi all

I have a floor that I am aiming to sand and revarnish.

It is a veneered strip floor. I will be sanding it with a D/A sander. I have already started and am happy with the progress/quality.

The room has bucket loads of furniture in it that I will be moving from pillar to post. For that reason I need something that dries fast.

i don't care about smell etc so I was wondering if I should use a waterbased one part or a two part coating.

Application will be brush or roller.

Pros and cons???

Thanks in advance

ps what would have been used in the factory?
