Hi can anyone help - I have successfully sanded boards upstairs in my Victorian Terrace with superb results .....however the stairs seem a somewhat more difficult proposition - What is the best tool for this job? -
My local hire company suggested an orbital sander - i wonder if this is aggressive enough - my black and decker would certainly not achieve results - will a commercial one provide suitable results - I have seen a 4 inch rotary on a website but cant find one locally ?
The black sticky stough they used on outside of rooms is quite wide on stairs.
Belt, rotary or orbital ????
