Saniflo toilet problem

Hi there, first post so be gentle please.

I installed a saniflo toilet in what was formerly a closet in a main floor bedroom and all works well with the exception of solid waste not being fully evacuated from the bowl. What happens is the following;
Toilet flushes and macerator kicks in, all waste appears to be gone then the macerator kicks back in for a half second or so and waste is pushed back into the bowl. Any help would be appreciated.

Without a better description of how you've installed it, it's hard to say whether you've gone wrong or the unit isn't working correctly. Did you put the non-return valve in?
