sas803whl stuck on permanent mode.

Hi,

Recently moved into a new house which has 4 zone UFH downstairs.

System and heating seems to work fine overall...

However the sas803whl thermostat and control units seem to be stuck on permanent mode and I cannot get it to switch to the programme mode...

I have tried the reset using the gnd pins in the back of the control unit.

Any other ideas on how to hard reset and select programme mode? The user manual is not entirely helpful..

Does the display have a padlock on it? If so the unit is locked and you need to press +&- together for >3secs. If not then the manual suggests a long press on the OK button >3secs will reset back to factory?

There is no padlock. (I can lock it using the +&- buttons together)...

Holding OK doesn't do anything is seems..??

Sorted it now...

With the unit turned "off" hold set for >3sec then go into the config mode..

The programme function was set to "0"..

Changed to 7 and now have full programm functions.
