sash window lock

Hi,

I would like to lock the inner / lower part of our sash windows and keep the outer / upper part moving freely. What kind of lock could I use and where would I get it?

Any help?

I don't think these locks would work since the window and the frame are in a 90 degree angle.

I don't want to lock BOTH windows so the lock needs to sit on the window bolting into the frame.
