Saunier Duval 620 (yep, another one...)

The diagnostic procedure is to remove it and replace it with a new boiler. The preceeding information should indicate that.

Unfortunately Whoopsie failed to tell us what she did but I am sure it was not getting it repaired for £50-£75.
