Saunier Duval F30E, only warm water upstairs

I have a saunier duval therma condents f30e combi boiler. I get hot water fine down stairs in kitchen and wc but only warm water in bathroom and shower upstairs.

Does anyone have any ideas what could possibly be wrong?

how noticably different is it up and down? Could be a faulty mixer shower back feeding cold water into the hot.
