i have a saunier duval thema f23 combi it has just had a new heat exchanger and pump fitted to it but once again we are getting a loud wooshing noise through the boiler as it seems to be overheating,the manual says the reset switch is on the right hand side of the thermostat but i cannot find a red reset button in that area at all can you help

thanks for your info, british gas fit the new heatexchanger and pump have called them out will be here 2moz but when they come they just hit the reset watch it for 10/15mins and will be on there way as we have had them out 5 times to it now

Eventually they will find the continual visits to be inappropriate and send someone to sort out the cause of the overheating.
You could try complaining but with large companies its like trying to push ther Queen Mary!
