Saunier Duval SD623 keeps fusing main system?

Trying to ignite my combi boiler. every time I press ignite button it keeps tripping the main system. The fuse is fine, all the elements, fa etc have been isolated, and they don't seem to be the cause. The engineer just mutters how much he hates SD so if anyone can help with this we would be grateful.

Any advice on how I can sort this out?

Most likely the fan or wiring associated with the fan.. needs properly checking out with a multimeter ideally. Big problem with these boilers is half the industry is scared of them. They are a bit tricky sometimes to fault find on, but hardly brain surgery.

Thank you for your answer. Are you based in London by any chance. Everyone keeps telling me to rid of it, but if I could get it working for a couple of years or so it would make a big difference to me.

If not can you recommend anyone ion London who you think is up to the job. I have had two engineers already. They spent most of the time how much they hate SD.

I will very occasionally venture into north london for the right job, but sorry to be harsh, this is not one of them! There's a fella called gasguru on here who seems to know his onions and works in london, also Agile is that way. Failing that you could always try the manufacturers(Group Service) for a fixed price repair, they will know your boiler well.
If any of the engineers who you had had bothered to work out how the boiler worked they might have found themselves a very easy repair! When you press in the ignition button it sends power to the fan, hence my suspicions.
