Saunier SD623 Luke Warm Water

Hi,
I have lost my troubleshooting manual wondering if you can help.

I am only getting luke warm water unless the tap is closed so only a small amount of water is flowing it get hotter.

The ch pump is running ok when water on, fan is on, burner is on. Everything to me looks as it should.

Any ideas which part is at fault.

doesnt need scrapping as mostly all the parts inside are less than 2 years old. only parts not changed are a couple of thermistors and the reversing valve.

now theres a good excuse time someone comes out and fixes it charges you 3-400 pounds + it will be easier sticking a newun in
