I need to disconnect a PIR for a short period to allow me to paint behind/around it. Am I correct to assume that once I enter engineering mode (assuming the access code is default) that I can open up the PIR (to give me acceess to the screws that secure the PIR to the wall) to move it and the external alarm will not sound?
