scantronic 9750 expander

my relatives have a scantronic 9750 and I was wondering if the 9954 wireless expander would work as it says in the manual 9955 but will the 9954 work even though it says 9955

I'm afraid your 9954 is not on the Compatible Equipment list for the 9750 panel

Ok thanks I am looking through ebay now and there is a rfx 16 on there would that work as it looks like it connects to the data line with the rkp
