Scantronic external bell constant noise

Hi,
We moved into a house last year with a scantronic 9450 security system with an external bell.
We have some renovation works ongoing, while plastering the walls the painter removed one of the sensors which caused the alarm to go off. I reset the the panel using the passcode and all was good.h
This morning, the outside bell went into constant beep sound, not sure how to turn it off. Please help

Is the power off to the alarm panel ? Eg no green power light ?

Alarm panel is still powered, Red light next to 'day'

Actually just checked again and it's off now, no power

Power light is top right above the keypad ,Has some of the electrics been disconnected ?

Power light wasn't on and now the unit is completely off. Earlier the worker took the fuse off and tried to cut the cable to the box but it still looks intact

I guess it was on battery and now it's run out since the earlier incident.
Is there a way I can get the external bell to disconnect please
Do I need to restore power to the unit first?

Either restore power or disconnect battery in the bellbox

Thanks I guess the battery died or something, the bellbox has stopped making noise. So it's a relief.
I did put the fuse back in but the power is not restored i.e. I can't see the light back on. Wonder what stopped it.
