Hi,

I have a scantronic 9827.

My cleaner accidentally put off the panic alarm. I have reset the system but now cannot fully arm it any more. A part set works, but the full set does not. When I try to fully set (i.e. 'A'), there is an intermittent tone, the A light flashes and the number '12' is displayed in the LED.

I have no idea what '12' refers to. All of my other PIRs and door contacts display a c1-c7 code if I try to arm the system with them open (the panic alarm was c6). I have also tried 'walk testing' and everything appears to be working order, but for some reason a full set no longer works.

Does any know what LED '12' refers too? (I cannot find it in any manuals)

Thanks

Now sorted, '12' stood for a 12th zone. I must have errantly programmed it as a final exit. Have set zone 12 to not used and can fully arm again.
