scratched pvc sill

hello any ideas on how to remove survace scratches from a PVC window sill. it has quite a high polished finish,

i have removed a chip in the pvc using wet and dry , but need somthing to polish up the area and tidy up the rest, what can i use?

try 'T' cut but be careful.
