SWMBO wants me to put some form of screening up against our existing fence to make the garden a bit more private. It looks like i have a choice between willow, brushwood or reed. I would imagine that the willow is the more durable of the three but it's a bit pricey. Does anyone have any experience of the other two, or even some alternatives that I haven't considered. If it must be the willow then so be it. If these winds keep up I can see the whole fence and whatever I screen it with ending up down the road anyway. Danke.

Hi, I used Willow on our fence, it's been up two years this year and still looks good. I used reed in another section of the garden and this lasted about six months before looking tatty. Hope this helps :D
