Very similar. Same colour, same (it would appear) surface, same design where the blade enters the handle. On mine the handle cross section is basically square - not fluted like the ones you show.

I use Wira, tough and don't deform or break, had my set for 5 years and just brought a new set today!!!!
when training i brought Forge Steel pliers and cutters, cheap and from screw you, but, they are still sharp and going strong today!!!
Brought some NWS pliers and cutters today as well!!!

draper are not Draper from 20 years ago, CK are okay but ouch they can be pricy.
Hard shiny plastic drivers leave your hands sore and are not great when undoing the screw that goliath tightened 10 years ago
