Every time I try to register there I never get the confirmation email.

Useless site, no dark mode so its very hard to read light coloured text on a light background.
 
Pah, I'm banned for life, in perpetuity, interminably, for ever and ever, till a point at which time touches eternity.

Personally, I think they were a little harsh.
I'm sure I'll be there soon too.

What did you do wrong?

I swear some electrical gear is designed so the screw terminals don’t grip.
I concur. The older MK and Wylex breakers were the worst. The ones where you have to put one conductor one side of the screw and one on the other.
Makes life difficult if you have three 2.5s or stranded conductors.

Most terminals are rubbish with mixed conductor sizes.
 
I've started adding ferrules if I'm terminating stranded wire.

There is some builder on face ache ( I think saw post today) who has just got a bill from the leccy company for 24 grand repair

He went down through a main cable with his kango in his garden it took out 1300 props

F***ed up his kango as well
