Scroll saw advice

Looking for a cheapish scroll saw for a starter, seen this on ebay.

Does it seem okay or should I look for something different.

All the cheaper ones are round about the same and the only real variable is the size of the motor and cut capacity.

Some years back I was looking at them and decided in the finish not to bother, seemed to all be a bit cheap or be really very expensive.

One thing I do remember however was there were plenty around second hand so if you can find one similar or the same for half the money it's worth considering.
