what is the size of the screw is needed to fix trusses wall plate strap to the thermalite block?
Also can I used normal plastic plug to fix it.
 
70mm or upwards or nail it? Not aware that this is officially defined anywhere, happy to be corrected if it is.
Yes you can use a rawlplug, I’ve screwed direct into thermalites when fixing these before.
 
Yeah sounds about right. I’ve used 5x70s before. Roofs still on.
