I'm going to be knocking up my timber frame garage any time now. But I've been thinking about what to put under the sole plate.
I've built 3 courses of bricks, with DPC under the top one.
I'd like to use some sort of sealant under the sole plate, not just to protect from moisture, but to take up any air gaps if any of the bricks are slightly out.
any ideas?
