I have just replaced my bath with a P-shaped bath to fit a shower as well. The screen that came with the bath is fitted and I just want to check the correct way of dealing as there is a small gap below the hinge. The grey circular area.
Instructing say to seal in out side but stop before this area. Doesn't make sense to me as I believe water will just leak from the gap. Pictures attached.
Any help on what's the correct way to seal this.
Thanks.

The bottom of the screen hinge should sit flat onto the lip of the bath once it's slotted into the wall bracket.
There should be a little clear silicone be run down the outside wall edge of the bracket and along the bottom corner when fitted. Use a little of that to fill in the gap below the hinge.
