Ok, just before I order I measured the length of the pipe and it's about 160 mm (allowing 4cm inside the lead pipe)

Would this be a safe bet and if so, which are the best prices online to buy from ?

Well I measured the toilet and got the part but it is too long by about a couple of cm. Can I cut it down at the end that goes into the main out pipe ?
