Hi All,

I have just replaced the roof on a small lean-to off the back of my house and now I am looking for a product I can use to seal around a down pipe which passes through the PVC corrugated roof sheet.

The original roof was sealed with some extremely sticky rubber tape but I cannot seam to find this.

I have found some metal roof pipe flashing which can be retrofit and would be ideal but I'm not sure this can be used with PVC sheets as it needs to be fixed to the sheet.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Matt

No matter what, the water will still penetrate. I would have planned the sheeting out so you had an overlap at the pipe, then a lead slate idea could have been used around the pipe and under the sheet that's higher up the roof.
