Hello,
I'm thinking of removing these tiles and insulting behind them with celotex. I can see they have some form of roofing felt behind them.
How should they be "sealed" for water ingress between the edge of the tile and the bricks or is nothing needed? I ask as the other side seems to leak onto the top of the window and I get some damp stains around the window on the inside, would like to sort it if im removing the tiles.
Thanks..

Would that be made up at the bottom of the tiles - above the garage door? To catch any water and expel it outside?

Along the bottom edge, there should be a formed drip to cast of any water that gets behind the tiles. This would normally be a timber strip with lead or dpc felt which is uv stable. The felt/ membrane laps over this.
