Sealing shower tray

About 6 years ago I moved into a new build house. When the shower started leaking I realised they had sealed after fitting the enclosure so hadn’t sealed behind the frame. I took it all off and sealed properly- all was fine. Now the sealent is mouldy and has started to fail so I will reseal.
My question is whether you would remove the enclosure again and completely start afresh or just seal the shower internally

dont bodge or all you'll be doing is going back to repair it in the future. Do it right and it should last.
