Sealing Stone floor

Hi

I have seen floors like mine but more shiny.

my floor is the one with the Asda bag in the picture. I would like my floor like the other picture, what is the best product to use to seal it?

i hate given customers advice on such questions - for me thers to many factors from any possible previous treatments - so i dont.
we do most treatin of tile an stone well before its fixed down.

go into the well nown tile suppliers an theyl advise a bit further maybe - but they realy want to sell you containers of chemicals.

just sayin but that high gloss can wear off in no time - if you have kids forgettaboutit.

That looks like chinese slate - we sealed ours with boiled linseed oil, shiny but not super shiny
