Sealing a York stone floor

Hello,
My kitchen floor is York stone. I'm after some advice on products to use to seal it.
I've heard that water based sealants are preferable, but I'm not sure which brands are suitable.

Can anyone give me any recommendations please?
Also any cleaning tips would be appreciated.

My kitchen and patio are yorkstone. The kitchen has a thick layer of muck on it and the patio is very slippery when wet, to the point of being dangerous.

I've spent hours and hours scrubbing and tried a variety of household cleaning products, but progress is very slow. Does anyone have any
advise or suggestions for cleaning and sealing?
