seat ABS Sensor?

hi, im having some trouble with a persistant ABS light. sometimes its on, sometimes its not.
car is a 1998 r-reg seat alhambra 1.9 tdi

took it to seat to hook up to diagnostic computer and it said nsr ABS sensor faulty. So i bought one @ £68.00 + the vodka and tonic. fitted it and guess what? The light is still on

maybe the fault requires a reset,not sure how its done on a seat sorry

Need to get it plugged in by seat again to clear the fault code, unless you know someone with a copy of Vag-Com

the fault seems to have cleared itself. the abs lights not been on for 2 days now.
