Please could someone help me? We have just had an extension built and it is nearly, nearly finished! The carpentry has been done to "second fix" does this mean that the holes in the plaster above the skirting, the fixing holes in the skirting, architrave, door frames etc should be filled or is this a job that the decorators do (i.e. me!)
