Second floor balcony/patio

We have a balcony/patio off our second floor master bedroom (nice idea, doesn't really work). When it rains the patio fills with water which often ends up in the basement. The patio is currently lined with a rubber matt, but this obviously is leaking. What I would like to do is to put a one piece unit, like a shower base in that would be leak proof. The patio is 7ft X 7 ft. Does anyone have any guidance on this? Does anyone know where I could get such a unit?
