Seen this before?
 
Seen similar in black inside a globe type fitting- 3 neutrals connected together in lamp holder and one switch return in black to the other terminal.

After removing base found 4 lives in a piece of connector strip.

Whole building was wired in singles in conduit except this area where it had been extended in T & E
 
This is a double insulated red single core, with a single insulated earth, stuck to the side of it.

It's odd that one conductor is DI while the other is not. The other odd thing is, when you split the cpc from the live, you end up with a red/green striped conductor...

Standard colours??

Can you get to the void behind fitting?

Never seen red/green in solid core before - multicore yes
