securit 800l+ keypad not responding

facing a problem with this securit 800l where the keypad backlight is working and makes a beep sound when i press the buttons, but entering the pin or anything for that matter has no effect.

the mains light and the day light are not illuminated. i have just installed a new battery and it’s not had any effect.

any advice on how to move forward much appreciated

Power down system wait 30secs power back up …..this normally happens when the power has been off with a faulty battery …
