Security 700 L problem

Hi,am new to site and hope that someone could help me. I switched off my mains supply to do some work on lights and when powered back on, alarm will not set, there is no mains power led lit on keypad, opened control box and fuse on PCB is fine, any suggestions.

Have you got a multimeter to check that 240 v mains is at the control panel?
On the early 700L model there was no fuse holder between the mains and the transformer . Later models had a small 1amp glass fuse between the mains and transformer .That could be blown.
If the battery is older than 4 years change the battery as that could also be faulty.
240 volts is dangerous .if you do not know how to test safely leave alone ?
If you remove battery and check aux 12 volts with multimeter then power to pcb.

Totally down power the alarm inc battery , power up ,turn off and replace the battery as soon as possible it's a common fault on 700l to lock out when the battery is no good
