Bought something from the TescoDirect catalogue in the store today and apparently "the printer crashed" when it was doing my receipt, so now I have no receipt or order number. Called customer services when I got home and TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER I was still in a queue. I gave up then and sent them an email asking them to call me.
