Please find below a photo of the clips I am seeking.
These can be fixed to a wall with foam pads (attached to the flat part of
the clip) the plastic circular clip then flips open and closed (as seen in
the photos.) I am keen to know what they are called and where I can obtain them from. I initially thought perhaps they were a 3M product but I cannot find these on their website. They are approximately 1.5cm in diameter.
I use these to hang keys on or hold cables.
Are they called a cable clip?

Hoping someone can help me locate them as I would like to purchase more and cannot recall where I got them.
Many Thanks.

Many thanks for your responses.
Unfortunately, all these suggestions are not the clips I am seeking.
You will notice from my photo, they are different, these are easier to repeatedly open and close and made of more pliable thinner plastic.
Thank you for your help however.
I will have to keep searching.

Thanks Doc Lenny. It looks promising - I have sent for details.
Thank you for your help.
