Hi, I have got a radiator in the bathroom that will not stay warm. I bleed it every 3 days and then it goes cold again. Would a self bleed valve be the answer, and if so which type do you recommend. Thanks Dave

i would be inclined to find where the system is drawing the air in from.
is it a vented system?

You can buy auto air vents to replace manual vent in your radiator, but you should really find out where all this air is coming from.

Thanks for your replies. I shall investigate as to where the air may be entering the system. Will it still be OK to fit the auto bleed valve? Dave

dont fit auto-bleeds, at least until you've solved the air ingress problem, if you do you may never know if problem is solved, and with air being CH's worst enemy things can only get worse.
